ExperiaView collects business sign-in information, gig details, and creator submissions. Creators submit their name, private email, TikTok username, and uploaded files without creating an account.

Who can see submissions?

The business that owns the gig can review your details and files. Files are stored privately and opened using temporary links. Your content is not published to TikTok by ExperiaView. Public gigs show the business name and brief.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage. Stripe handles business payments and selected creators’ identity verification and payouts; we do not store card or bank details. We store Stripe account identifiers and payment statuses. Google sign-in is used for business accounts. Resend delivers selection emails with private claim links and contact-form messages, including the name, email address, topic, and message you send. We use essential authentication and private creator claim cookies. Claim links verify email access and expire after 30 days.

Optional TikTok connection

After submitting a posted video, you can authorize read access to its TikTok statistics. We store encrypted access credentials and the post’s likes, views, comments, and shares. Businesses can refresh statistics on connected submissions. We do not request permission to publish to TikTok. You can revoke access through TikTok or contact us to disconnect and delete stored credentials.

Questions and deletion

Use our contact form to request access, correction, or deletion. Include the gig and TikTok username so we can verify the request. Submissions remain available for business review until deleted; ask us to remove yours at any time.
